Carrier TMS dispatching features allow users to send load details to their drivers via email and SMS directly from the system.

- How to send load details via SMS message
First, watch the video tutorial below. It will give you a clear understanding of how to dispatch loads:
To dispatch a load via email:
1. On your left dashboard, go to Operations > Loads
2. Search for the load.
3. Under the load’s Routes section, click Dispatch to Driver and select Via email
4. A pop-up window will appear displaying a preview of the load details that will be sent to the driver’s email, including:
- Load Number
- Pickup and Delivery Appointments
- Pickup and Delivery Business/Facility Names and Addresses
- Pickup and Delivery Reference Numbers
- Notes to the driver
Important: The load details will be sent to the corresponding email address that is on the driver's profile.
After you confirm that the load details are accurate, click Send Load Details to dispatch the load to the driver’s email.
To dispatch a load via SMS:
1. On your left dashboard, go to Operations > Loads
2. Search for the load.
3. Under the load’s Routes section, click and select
4. A pop-up window will appear displaying a preview of the load details that will be sent to the driver’s email, including:
- Load Number
- Pickup and Delivery Appointments
- Pickup and Delivery Business/Facility Names and Addresses
- Pickup and Delivery Reference Numbers
- Notes to the driver
Important: The load details will be sent to the corresponding phone number that is on the driver's profile.
After you confirm that the load details are accurate, click Send Load Details to dispatch the load to the driver’s mobile phone.
