Loadsmart’s Preferred Lanes feature will notify you of loads that match your lane preferences from Loadsmart’s load board. To help streamline adding preferred lanes, suggestions to add lanes to your Loadsmart account from non-awarded RFPs from ShipperGuide shippers.

A login is required to add preferred lanes from ShipperGuide RFPs.

To add preferred lanes:

1. Click  on the upper banner of the closed RFP bid page.

You can find closed ShipperGuide RFP bids on your Loadsmart account by going to CONTRACTS > SHIPPER RFPS > RESULTS or CLOSED

2. On the new preferred lanes page, click the checkboxes next to the lanes you would like to add, then click

The flat rate will be the same as the rate you submitted for the lane on the RFP. Please update the rate to your preference if necessary.

If you want to add a lane that is not listed, click ADD ANOTHER LANE in the bottom right corner.

After you have saved your lanes, they will be located on your account under MANAGE > MY LANES. 

You will receive an email whenever a load matches your lanes from Loadsmart’s load board. To receive matching lanes emails during a specific period, click the checkbox under Notify for a period and select a date range.
