How do I copy an existing quote on ShipperGuide?

1. On your left sidebar menu, click Quotes to view the list of existing quotes.

2. Select the quote you want to copy, click the ⋮ icon on the right side, then click Duplicate Quote:

3. You'll be directed to the New Quote page with the existing quote's details already filled in, including the mode, equipment type, pickup/delivery, additional stop addresses, and accessorials:

Important: The Pickup Date will default to the same date as the copied quote. Be sure to update this detail if needed.

4. If applicable, update the fields with the new quote information, then click Get Quote in the bottom right corner of the screen to return a Loadsmart rate or invite carriers to bid on the new quote:
