The pallet dimensions exceed the maximum allotment for the selected equipment type.

Flatbed not allowed

Flatbed is not allowed for the quote. Please contact your account sales representative for more information. 

Forbidden Date

Holiday or weekend pickup services are unavailable.

Invalid Stop Info

Pricing is unavailable for the multi-stop quote. Please contact your account sales representative for more information.

Lane not Permitted

  • The quote is rejected because of existing contracted Loadsmart price applies to the lane.
  • The quote is rejected because of drop trailer requirement at the pickup/delivery facility.
  • The quote is rejected due to lack of capacity within the Canadian region.

Low Confidence on Price

The quote was rejected because the load's linear feet exceed LTL service providers' restrictions.

Margin manager unavailable

Unable to provide accurate rating at the moment.

Not enough lead time

The amount of hours between now and the pickup is insufficient. Loadsmart cannot commit to the desired pick-up date.

Pickup date must be within 17 days from MM DD

The pickup date must be within 17 days from today.

Price unavailable for mode

The quote is rejected because the mode is not supported. The following supported modes are:

  • FCL - Full Container Load
  • RAIL - Rail
  • FTL - Full Truckload
  • LTL - Less than Truckload
  • PTL - Partial Truckload
  • VLTL - Volume Less than Truckload

Service provider no capacity

Unable to retrieve a price from LTL/VLTL/FCL/RAIL service provider.

Shipper daily quotes over capacity

The daily quoting limit has been reached for your account. Please contact your account sales representative for more information.

Unusable pricing response

Unable to retrieve a price due to specific conditions on the quote. Please contact your account sales representative for more information.

Weekend pickup not allowed

Loadsmart cannot commit to the desired pickup date.
