How do I manage RFP Carrier Feedback Emails?

After an RFP has been finalized, non-awarded carriers an email to view their bid feedback with a percentage range for each lane of how far their proposals were from the awarded rate. This feedback is meant to provide carriers with target ranges for bidding on future RFPs.

Shippers can choose to enable or disable this feature from the Carrier Feedback tab found in Settings.

To enable or disable Carrier Feedback:

1. Click mceclip0.png  on the upper right corner of your page.

2. On your Settings page, click Carrier Feedback.

3. To enable Carrier Feedback, click mceclip1.png.

To disable click mceclip2.png.
