This article will provide information on where users can access and update their company details, including the company name and branding image on emails carriers receive from ShipperGuide.

Important: Company details are only accessible to admin users.

To view the company details:

1. Click  located in the upper right corner of your page.

2. On your Settings page, click Admin.

3. On the Company Details and Branding sections, update the company name and or branding image

For the branding image, the tool only supports PNG and JPG file types. Click the See Example hyperlink to view an example of the carrier bid invitation email.

4. Click  to update your company details.
