To access ShipperGuide, a user must have a registered username and password. The username will be the email address you used to register your account on ShipperGuide or Loadsmart.com. 1. On your computer, open a web browser and go to the ShipperGuide login page.

Please use the same username and password if you have an existing Loadsmart.com account.

2. Enter your username and password.

3. Click the checkbox to verify reCAPTCHA.
