This article will cover how to log in to ShipperGuide for shipper users.

To access ShipperGuide, a user must have a registered username and password. 

To access ShipperGuide, go to the ShipperGuide login page 

Then, choose your sign-in method:

1. Sign in with Loadsmart: Enter your email address and password. Use the same credentials as your Loadsmart.com account, if you have one.

   

2. Sign in with SSO: enter your company domain on the next screen. If it matches what your admin set up, you'll be redirected to your company's identity provider (e.g., Okta, PingOne) to complete sign-in (login, 2FA, etc.), then automatically returned to ShipperGuide.
3. Sign in with SSO (accounts.shipper.guide): login via BIP, a direct link for your company's SSO that skips the domain-entry step.

Not sure which to use? Default to Sign in with Loadsmart. SSO only applies if your company has set it up with Loadsmart. If your company domain isn't recognized on the SSO screen, contact your company's IT admin to confirm it's been configured.
