Opendock Reporting lets you build and save custom reports based on appointment data across your warehouses. You can filter by multiple criteria and export results for offline analysis.
How to Run an Appointment Report
- Go to Insights > Reporting in the Opendock portal.
- Select the Appointments tab.
- Apply your desired filters (see full list below).
- Click Run Report to generate the results.
- To save the report, choose which fields should appear and click Save New Search.
Available Filters
| Filter | Description |
| Creation or Appointment Date | Search by when the appointment was created or scheduled |
| Warehouse(s) | Filter by one or more warehouses |
| Tag(s) | Filter by custom tags assigned to appointments |
| Dock(s) | Filter by specific dock doors |
| Load Type(s) | Filter by inbound, outbound, or other load types |
| Carrier Contact(s) | Filter by carrier contacts associated with appointments |
| Created By | Filter by warehouse user or carrier |
| Appointment Status | Filter by current appointment status |
| Appointment Type | Standard or Reserve appointments |
📝 Note: Filters default to searching all items. To search across all docks, carriers, or warehouses, clear the specific filter. Each filter supports up to 25 items at a time (you can use 'Select All' within that limit). Contact Support if this limit affects your reporting needs.
Check-in Reports (Asset Visits) — New
Opendock now includes a dedicated Check-in tab in the Reporting page. This new report gives gate administrators complete visibility into all arrivals and departures at their facilities — whether planned or unplanned — along with the ability to export the data.
How to Access Check-in Reports
- Go to Insights > Reporting in the Opendock portal.
- Select the Check-in tab.
- Apply your desired filters: Date range, Fields to export, Asset visit status
- Click Export to download the list of asset visits.
Asset Visit Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
| Arrived (Onsite) | The vehicle has checked in and is on the premises |
| Docked (Appt in Progress) | The vehicle is at a dock door with an appointment underway |
| Departed (Checked Out) | The vehicle has completed check-out and exited the facility |
| Cancelled | The check-in or appointment was cancelled |
