On the Insights page under Carrier Insight, the system will display the Carrier Company aggregate data. The information shown is:  

• Carrier Name
• SCAC code
• # of Total Appointments   
• On Time % (within 15 min of the appt start time)
• Late % (15 min or more after appt start time)
• Cancel %
• No Show %
• Average Cancel Lead Time

At the bottom of the list, the same information will be displayed for all carriers - just like a sum of the total.
