You can send appointment notifications to the email at the Warehouse level. If you don't want this email to be sent, you should use a fake email with @example.com i.e. email@example.com.  

1. Go to the Warehouses tab on your left 
2. Select the Warehouse by clicking the edit button 
3. Go to the Email field
4. Enter the email address
5. Click 'Save Warehouse'
