You can send appointment notifications to an email at the warehouse level. This ensures that all notifications for appointments scheduled under that warehouse will be sent to the designated email.

1. Go to Warehouses 
2. Select the Warehouse by clicking the edit button 
3. Go to the Default Email Subscribers field
4. Enter the email address
5. Click Save Warehouse
