Warehouse email subscribers allow you to designate an email address to receive notifications for all appointments scheduled under a specific warehouse. This ensures that warehouse users or other relevant personnel can stay informed about appointment statuses and updates for any appointment linked to that warehouse.
How to Add Email Subscribers at the Warehouse Level:
- Go to Warehouses in the left menu.
- Select the desired Warehouse by clicking the Edit button.
- Locate the Default Email Subscribers field.
- Enter the email address you want to receive notifications.
- Click Save Warehouse to apply the changes.
Note: Notifications will be sent to subscribers only if appointment notifications are enabled.
