You can send appointment notifications to an email at the dock level. This is very helpful if you have specific teams of people working a dock's calendar and need to notify them when an appointment is created/updated.
This ensures that all notifications for appointments scheduled under that warehouse will be sent to the designated email.
- Go to Warehouses
- Select the Warehouse by clicking the edit button
- Go to Docks
- Select the Dock by clicking the edit button
- Go to the Default Email Subscribers field
- Enter the email address
- Click Save Dock
