How to Set Appointment Notifications for a Specific Dock

You can configure appointment notifications to be sent to a specific email address at the dock level. This is especially useful if different teams manage individual docks and need to stay informed when appointments are created or updated.

When set up, all appointment notifications related to that dock will automatically be sent to the specified email address.

 

To set up dock-level email notifications:

  1. Go to the Warehouses section.
  2. Find the relevant warehouse and click the Edit button.
  3. Navigate to the Docks tab.
  4. Click the Edit button next to the dock you want to configure.
  5. Locate the Default Email Subscribers field.
  6. Enter the email address you want to receive the notifications.
  7. Click Save Dock to apply the changes.

Once saved, all appointment notifications for that dock will be sent to the designated email.
