Carrier Account Registration:

  1. Go to 
  2. Fill out the registration form
  3. A validation email will be sent to you
  4. Verify your account
  5. Log in at


Upon registration, you may click on "I do not have a USDOT #" if you're unsure what it means.

Which email should I use? 

When registering for your Opendock Carrier Account, it is advisable to use a general/more accessible email for your account as opposed to an individual. Carrier accounts are based on email addresses and cannot be modified or adjusted.
Using a more accessible company email address over an individual allows flexibility for mobility within your company should the person who manages your account transition out of that role, allowing you to retain all of your prior account history.
If an individual account ie:, is used and they no longer use Opendock on behalf of the company a new account would need to be created.
