On both the My Organization and Warehouse menus, you have the ability to:
- Mute ALL notifications
- Enable ALL notifications
- Enable specific notifications
Note: the notification email's header data will display a reply-to field according to the following:
Mute ALL Appointment Notifications
If selected NO, none of the users or carriers will receive notifications.
- Go to My Organization
- Select the Appointment Notifications drop-down
- Select No
- Click Save Org Settings
Enable ALL Appointment Notifications
If selected YES, all users and carriers will receive all notifications.
- Go to My Organization
- Select the Appointment Notifications drop-down
- Select Yes
- Click Save Org Settings
Enable Specific Appointment and Tag Notifications
First, you need to select YES and enable all notifications. After this, you can customize the emails you don't want to send out. This includes notifications for specific org. level tags
- Go to My Organization
- Select the Appointment Notifications drop-down
- Select Yes
- Scroll down and uncheck the ones you want to disable
- Click Save Org Settings
You can also preview and edit the template for each individual type of notification.
Note: if the 'Org Appointment Notifications' option is set as NO, the option to disable a single appointment will be unavailable.
Important Note: you can also enable/disable the notifications for each warehouse/location, individually.
- Go to Warehouses
- Select the Warehouse
- Under Warehouse Info, you will be able to customize the notifications as explained before, but for each warehouse/location.
