Enable/Disable Org Notifications

On both the My Organization and Warehouse menus, you have the ability to:

  1. Mute ALL notifications
  2. Enable ALL notifications
  3. Enable specific notifications

Note: the notification email's header data will display a reply-to field according to the following:

 
a.   to: carrier_email

b.   reply_to: warehouse.email_contact OR userWhoCreatedTheAppointment.email

c.  bcc: emailCCs + userWhoCreatedTheAppointment.email

 

Mute ALL Appointment Notifications 

If selected NO, none of the users or carriers will receive notifications. 

  1. Go to the 'My Organization' tab on the left menu
  2. Select the 'Appointment Notifications' drop-down
  3. Select No 
  4. Click the "Save Settings" button

Enable ALL Appointment Notifications 

If selected YES, all users and carriers will receive all notifications. 

  1. Go to the 'My Organization' tab on the left menu
  2. Select the 'Appointment Notifications' drop-down
  3. Select Yes 
  4. Click the "Save Settings" button

Enable Specific Appointment and Tag Notifications 

First, you need to select YES and enable all notifications. After this, you can customize the emails you don't want to send out. This includes notifications for specific org. level tags

  1. Go to the 'My Organization' tab on the left menu
  2. Select the 'Appointment Notifications' drop-down
  3. Select Yes 
  4. Scroll down and uncheck the ones you want to disable

You can also preview the template for each individual type of notification.

Note: if the 'Org Appointment Notifications' option is set as NO, the option to disable a single appointment will be unavailable.

Important Note: you can also enable/disable the notifications for each warehouse/location, individually. 

  1. Go to the 'Warehouses' menu on the left 
  2. Select the warehouse
  3. Under the 'Warehouse Info' tab, you will be able to customize the notifications as explained before, but for each warehouse/location.
