Notifications triggered by Opendock can be previewed and edited under either the My Organization menu or each individual warehouse. Customizing notifications under "My Organization" will apply changes across all warehouses, whereas customizing them at the warehouse level will affect only that specific warehouse.
More instructions on how to customize the notifications are explained below.
1. Display ID Type
You may choose between the Appointment Reference Number or Confirmation Number to be displayed on the top of the notification.
2. Content Block
This message will appear below the Warehouse information and above the appointment details. You can choose to hide the message or select between neutral, info, or alert/critical, which will change the text color accordingly.
3. Appointment Details: Select and Reorder
This setting will allow changing the order of the appointment details. Click on Preview to see the changes.

You can click on Preview at any time before saving changes to see how the message will look.
