Rescheduling Appointments on the Carrier Portal

Can I always reschedule my appointment?
No. Some warehouses may restrict the number of hours carriers can reschedule prior to the appointment time. If it's the case, please contact the warehouse directly to reschedule your appointment.



Rescheduling with a warehouse

  1. Click My Appointments on the left
  2. Filter the date for the appointment
  3. Click the appointment and then the Manage Appointment button
  4. Click 'reschedule' at the bottom
  5. Select the new date and time 
  6. Click 'save'
