Can I always reschedule my appointment?
No. Some warehouses may restrict the number of hours carriers can reschedule prior to the appointment time. If it's the case, please contact the warehouse directly to reschedule your appointment.
Only Nova warehouses allow rescheduling an appointment without the need for a cancelation.

A Legacy warehouse does not contain any stickers:
Rescheduling with a Legacy warehouse
The system does not support rescheduling. Carriers need to cancel the appointment and schedule again with the correct time and date.
Rescheduling with a Nova warehouse
- Find the warehouse and click 'schedule'
- Click on the My Appointments tab at the top
- Find the appointment to reschedule
- Click on the icon on the right
- Click 'reschedule' at the bottom
- Select the new date and time
- Click 'save'
