Adding ETA to Appointments

Carriers can update the ETA with at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment. Follow the steps below:  

  1. Go to My Appointments
  2. Find the appointment by filtering the date accordingly or searching by PO number/Confirmation number
  3. Select the appointment 
  4. Click on 'Provide ETA'
  5. Select the date and time
  6. Fill out the "Reason"
  7. Click on 'Provide ETA'
