What are the Different Appointment Fields 

Field type limits the way the value can be entered. For example, if the field type “number” is selected, only a number can be added to this field when creating the appointment. The field types are below: 

1a. Text - Single Line: Allows all letters, numbers, and symbols in a single line.

1b. Text - Multiple Lines: Allows all letters, numbers, and symbols in multiple line.

2. Date: Enforces a date format and displays a calendar selector.

3. True/False: Enforces a Yes or No answer.

4. Single Document: Allows one document to be uploaded.

• Document types allowed with a 50 MB file size limit:
  • • Image files

    • Text files

    • PDF files

    • ZIP files

    • Spreadsheet files

5. Multi Document: Allows up to 10 documents to be uploaded.

• Document types allowed with a 50 MB file size limit:

  • • Image files

    • Text files

    • ZIP files

    • Spreadsheet files

6. Number: Enforces numbers are allowed to be entered into the field.

7. Email: Enforces a valid email format.

• • Note: this email is only to collect data; notifications will not go to this email.

8. Phone: Enforces a valid phone number format and supports all country codes.  

9. Drop-down Single Select List: Allows the user to select one item from the predefined list of options.

• • Note: Only one option is allowed to be selected.

10. Drop-down Multi Select List: Allows the user to select more than one item from the predefined list of options.

11. Combo Box: Allows the user to select one item from the predefined list of options (like in the Drop-down Single Select List type) plus open text as in the Text field type.

12. Timestamp: Allows users to capture dates and times for specific events.
