1. Click on the Appointments tab
2. Switch to List View
3. Change the date accordingly 
4. On the search bar, you may search by the following:
   - Reference number (PO/BOL/etc)
   - Appointment ID
   - Carrier's email
   - Company name
   - Dock
   - Load Type
   - Direction (Inbound/Outbound)
5. The results will appear immediately and you may export them as Excel 

Through the Search Appointments tab

This method allows searching for appointments throughout your entire Org by: 

• Warehouse name
• Dock name
• Reference number
• Confirmation number
• Appointment ID
• Contact email subscribers

Note: Filter by date accordingly.
