Tracking In/Out times
Once the appointment status changes to "Arrived," "In Progress," or "Completed," a timestamp will record when the change occurred, providing you with updated appointment status options. You can edit the actual arrival and completion times by clicking the Edit button (pencil icon).
- Click the Appointments Page on the left menu
- Find and click the appointment to open
- Change the status to Arrived, In Progress or Completed
- Click the pencil icon next to the status
- You may change the date and time or quickly select "on time", "15 min late" and "30 min late"
