Tracking In/Out times
After the appointment status has been changed to "Arrived" or "Completed", it will timestamp when the change occurred and give you new appointment status options. You can also edit the actual arrival and completion times by clicking on the Edit button (pencil icon).
- Click the Appointments Page on the left menu
- Find and click the appointment to open
- Change the status to Arrived then Completed
- Click the pencil icon next to the status
- You may change the date, and time or quickly select "on time", "15 min late" and "30 min late"
