Changing the Carrier Contact of an Appointment

 

To change the carrier contact that is assigned to an appointment: 

  1. Click the Appointments Page on the left menu
  2. Find and click the appointment to open
  3. Click on the Edit button (pencil icon)
  4. Click on the carrier contact field 
  5. Search for another carrier or create a new contact if needed
  6. Click on 'Save Changes'
