How to Reschedule an Appointment
- Click the Appointments Page on the left menu
- Find and click the appointment to open
- Click on the Reschedule button (calendar icon)
- Select a new date and/or time
- Click the 'Save' button
Note: the appointment must be in the scheduled status to be able to reschedule the appointment. Once it is in the Arrive, Completed, NoShow, or Cancelled status no one can reschedule the appointment. If you moved the appointment into the Arrived, Completed, or NoShow status, simply undo that change and reschedule like normal.
Note: it is possible to reassign the dock of the appointment if the new dock shares the same load type option.

This feature allows users to reschedule by clicking on the appointment and dragging it to a specific time.
