Recommendations on Modeling your Dock Calendars 

Similar to real life, Docks in Opendock can only service one appointment at a time. If your facility has multiple doors, you will have to determine:

• Do you create availability for each individual door?
• Do you create availability for a group of doors?

For example: If you have 20 dock doors at your facility and can service 20 concurrent appointments at the same time, then you'll want to create 20 Dock calendars. 

However, if you have 20 dock doors at your facility but because of other constraints (like labor and space) you can only service 4 concurrent appointments at the same time, then you'll want to only create 4 total Dock calendars in Opendock.

This is important to determine ahead of time because many facilities have an appointment limit that is usually much lower than the total number of physical dock doors at the facility.
