How to Edit a Warehouse

  1. Go to the Warehouse page in the left menu
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit a specific warehouse 
  3. The edit view is divided into different aspects specific to that warehouse: Warehouse Info, Operating Hours, Load Types, Docks, Field & Forms, and General Settings
  4. You can make all necessary adjustments on each of them and then click the Save button below

Q: Where do I find the warehouse I want to edit?
A: Go to the Warehouse page from the left-side menu — all warehouses in your organization are listed there.
Q: What happens if I don't click "Save Warehouses"?
A: Your changes won't be applied. Always scroll down and click Save Warehouses after making edits.
Q: Can any user edit a warehouse?
A: Editing access depends on your organization's user roles and permissions. If you don't see the pencil icon, check with your Opendock admin about your access level.
Q: I see a different layout than what's described here — is that expected?
A: Yes. The new Warehouse Settings layout is rolling out gradually. Both the old and new layouts follow the same basic edit-and-save flow.
